Bloom gives business accounts a single point of accountability for complex commercial risk. A Sydney-based insurance broking firm, we work with clients seeking long-term, structured partnerships with the insurance markets. I lead each engagement end to end: program design, placement in Australian and global markets, and claims resolution.

Three things underpin that.

Experience. More than 25 years as a broker, client-side risk manager, insurer's representative and chair of industry bodies.

Rigour. Command of the technical details of an insurance program and the discipline to keep it aligned with the client's broader objectives.

Purpose. Bloom was founded in 2023 to integrate sustainability into insurance practice, including Australia's first study into a discretionary mutual for music festivals, delivered with FEAT and funded by Creative Australia and Music Australia.
